Q & A Screen
This section shows you how to view and respond to electronic questions as they are submitted by the attendees of an event.
Viewing the electronic questions
| • | Select the icon at the far left of the presenters menu |
| • | The question and answer section will appear at the bottom of the webpage (see graphic below) |
Answering the electronic questions
| • | When a question appears in the Q & A section, you can answer it by selecting the ANSWER button to the right of the question. |

| • | After selecting the ANSWER button, the following screen will appear at the bottom of the web page: |

| • | To answer the question, type your response in the ANSWER column of the page. |
| • | As a default, the message will be sent only to the attendee that asked the question, however you can select ALL VIEWERS if you want all of the attendees to view the answer to the question. (note: the attendees will not know who asked the original question) |
| • | To send the question, select the POST ANSWER button. |
