Managing Attendees

This section will cover how the presenter will manage the attendees that have joined an event.

Attendee Name - the list of names are placed in alphabetical order.  The presenters names are noted by bold blue text.

Email Attendee - by holding your mouse cursor over the icon to the left of the attendee, that attendees email address is displayed.  Selecting the address will open up your email program on your computer and address an email to that attendee.

Raised Hand Icon - if an attendee raises their hand during an event, a raised hand icon will appear under the column with the icon of a hand.  Any attendee with a raised hand will rise to the top of the attendee list so that it is more visitable to the presenter.

Mute/Unmute feature - if you opt to use IBtalk's teleconferencing solution, you can can mute and unmute any attendees phones by selecting the speaker icon in the attendee list.  If the attendees phone line is already muted, this it will be represented with the icon of a speaker with a red line running through it.
Kick/Remove Attendee - the icon when selected will prompt you to remove the attendee from the event.  If you confirm that you do want to remove the attendee from the room, the attendee will be removed from the room and a message will appear on the attendees screen alerting them that the administrator has removed them from the event.
